NOBODY LIKES A WHINER. FEMALES HAVE ALWAYS AND ALWAYS WILL MANIPULATE MEN. You have two options. You can be Leonidus or you can be Elton John. Either way, you're doomed to becoming a female's plaything.

I'm guessing you're asking for a rationale as to why people are manipulative. It's simple - because they can be. When you're in love especially, it's easy. You know the other persons' weaknesses and how to exploit them. Sometimes you can't be 100% truthful about little things, because they would be hurtful. It's better to lie a little and spare a hurt, in my opinion. I don't know that it's any less or more moral than anything else - it's a judgment call. I suppose that in some cases, it could be that the person is rationalizing it as "For their own good." Depends on the situation. Not everyone is manipulative.

There is NO moral rational for such a thing. The problem is that we live in a society wher the idea of controlling someone else is seen as some sort of great accomplishment and hte means and manner of that control have NO boundaries anymore. Love is the most precisous gift that camn be given or recieved and using it in that way is so far beyond heinously reprenhensible that such a person should have their skin smeared with honey and buried in a hill of fire ants.

Sometimes they're asking for it. Sometimes it just slowly gets that way because of taking the person for granted.

It's sometimes too easy to blame the manipulator when the manipulee is also culpable: if you lie down on the floor, don't be surprised or complain if people treat you as a doormat.

There's nothing worse than a user! A controller. I grew up watching my mother manipulate my father to get what she wanted. Worked so well I grew up being ashamed to be female. I didn't want to be associated with anything so despicable. Took me a long time to work this one out and realize being female had nothing to do with it. We are born knowing some things are wrong. This is one of them.
