Well, you must first understand there is right and wrong. There is black and white. There is truth and error. But who is the one that determines what is right or wrong? Is it the home, the government, a religion, or the individual?

Assuming that there is moral law, then there must be a moral lawgiver. Because humans are not perfect and are prejudice, opinionated, and lack pure judgment and discernment, we can now assume that this moral lawgiver cannot be someone human because his perspective of right and wrong is skewed. Throughout a lifetime someone can change his or her opinions or feelings about a matter numerous times. Humans are prone to variance. So, what is consistent? What is true? What can tell me what is write and wrong? It’s not the home, not the government, not a religion, not a finite being. Who is consistent with their judgment and discernment of right and wrong? The Moral Lawgiver…God. And the Moral Lawgiver, God, has chosen to communicate what is right and wrong through His words—the Bible.

Based on how you feel. It's subjective, not objective. Different cultures have different ideas on what is right and wrong, even right down to single people. While many ideas are global, it's still subjective.
