Did you know if i was arrested for indecent exposure and had a good lawyer and claimed that it was my religious freedom the case would be dropped. It is the courts policy to not chanenge claimed religious freedoms, unless murder is involved.

The problem here is the "established" part. What you will need to do is convince the court that this is an actual religious belief. That may be difficult if all you can do is prove that you go out naked alot.
The other problem is that others have the right to go out without naked people running around, so your religious freedom cannot infringe upon others rights.

Personally, I am a Christian, but don't see a problem with that.
Accept the "get away" with it part. People are found guilty in our courts today for laws that are not even on the books. The police just change the charge into something else. Or the DA does.
(btw, our system does not work and hasn't for a long time)

you know there is actually nothing wrong with being nude. its the idiots that are perverse and do lude acts. i myself enjoy the freedom of sheding garments.but because it is mans law we have to obey according to scripture and because there is no religion with proof that exist we are at a loss. we cannot go into court saying my religous beliefs yada yada yada, unless we have religous doctrine proving.

naga(naked) babas of Hinduism are called Digambaras(sky clad). go without clothes and denounce societies norms. so all you have to do is claimed to be one of them and you've got religious proof to back you up.
