Jesus is not a twin; he was born alone, a single birth.
However, the Bible teaches that Jesus had four brothers named James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas, and at least two sisters. I think Islam teaches that Jesus had three sisters, and provides their names.
Matthew 13:55 (NIV)
"Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother's name Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas?
Mark 6:3
"Where did this man get these things?" they asked. "What's this wisdom that has been given him, that he even does miracles! Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.

St. James was Jesus'Cousin, that is why in the Gospels, he is identified as the "son of Alpheus."
