The Avocado
Although we are used to eating it with savory as opposed to sweet food, the avocado is still a fruit. Did you know that it is eaten as a fruit in Brazil? We eat avocado in tacos, with salads, rice, or as the famous guacamole, which is a sauce made from green tomato, chile and avocado. The pulp is also used to make an oil with a very pleasant aroma, and which is very good for burns. Avocado is also used to make creams and other cosmetics

A banana is the favorite one of mine.You can pack it,snack it, share it and the clean up is easy--messless.I know, I have grands and great grands over all the time.We have 5 toddlers 3 and under.Bananas the fruit for all seasons..Thanks for 2.

My favorite fruit is mango because it's nice and juicy and tastes really good. Green mango is good with pepper and salt together.
