Sorry do you mean why do some people have low blood pressure?

Generally low BP is healthy, Exercise and weight loss will lower BP, and reducing salt intake may have a minor lowering effect. It may be lowered by some drugs used to treat other conditions, for example alpha blockers for benign prostate disease lower BP. Also sometimes after a heart attack or stroke BP will fall.
