Go to a bookstore like Barnes and Noble, to the self improvement section. Grab a book about how to apply make-up. There are different techniques to make your face look fuller, thinner, longer etc.
Also check out the books on hairstyles, there are styles that will make your face fuller looking too

try cutting your hair short. Or you can put layers around your face starting at your check bones and down to your jawline. Any hairstyle that frames your face should make it look fuller. Try to avoid the super flat iron look too, because it may make your face look thin and long.

A mid-length hair sort with fullness on the climate rather of on suited might help. Highlights close to to the face might help as nicely yet keep them diffused in any different case they might have the different effect. attempt wearing blush basically on the apple of your cheeks, (smile and positioned it basically on the very roundest area of your examine), and don't elongate the colour to the climate of you face.

Consult your hairdresser! The right haircut (probably a short one) can really shape your face. Good luck!
