ok..so got the hairdresser to dye my hair for me a blonde color and I got ripped off because it turned orange. So I died it a dark ash blonde. And after about a month, the dye I did at home is coming out and you can really see the orangy tone my hair used to be. So would natural match 7c ash blonde work on my hair to take away the brassiness. I'm not sure and i'm kind of scared to use it on my hair. I don't want my hair to still look brassy because then i'll have died and damaged my hair even more. So do you think this will work on my hair? it says on the website that (loreal website) that 7c cool will minimise brassy tones. What do you think?

Yes this will work for you. Also remember that home colors don't stay long. I think it says on the box to re-color every 8 to 10 weeks.

Nioxin is a system that helps hair to grow really fast.

Also to keep hair in good condition this is an excellent conditioner to use once a month for six months then taper to only once every 6 months.
It is called Aphogee Treatment for Damaged Hair.

You can buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply.

Sorry to hear about your salon experience. What did you originally use after the orange? I would use that product on the previously colored hair and use the same level but in natural on the regrowth. You should condition your hair several days prior to the color. Personally I do not think the photo is brassy- it is warm, golden- not brassy. Also consider highlighting gently through this to break up the undesired color. Only a very mild lightener is needed- like 5 -10 vol. I understand your hesitation to go to a salon. But this type of work, especially now that you have some natural regrowth to contend with is difficult. The person who colored you hair made a mistake- maybe in product choice, maybe in timing or maybe not knowing that there was a possible color already on your hair. But most colorist are very competent. Personally I would of had someone else fix the work immediately at the same salon.

you ought to have the correct sort of activity to compare the seem. My spouse is a supervisor so, I are not able to speak her into going with the rainbow sprint hair colour however should you paintings in a list retailer or as tattoo artist it could be k. I paintings protection so it could be unwise for me to check out multicolored hair for myself too. I do admit typical tones almost always seem larger and extra authentic.

To be safe, I'd test it on a swatch of your hair. (Snip a tiny bit off & tape it together or test it on a tiny patch that you can hide or trim off.)

The other thing you can do is go to a local beauty supply store & see if they can recommend some sort of toner or shampoo to minimize the brassiness.
