i had it, and went to foot spec.he put a pad under my arch, and taped my foot.over the arch and around the back of the heel.if you know any foot ball players they can show you how, if you have a problem doing it.i used sports tape and it sticks to itself,and also has some stretch.i got my supplies at walmart,in the sports sect. good luck.
