Yes...where I live there are several "charismatic" roman catholic churches who have healing services, but most catholic churches do not.

Allow Healing Services Yes,
Conduct Healing Services Yes
Slaying in the Spirit is just the Pentecostal Bogus Show Man Ship.

Pastor Billy says: worship in the Catholic Church is never a service, it is always called a Christian Mass and yes Catholics do have healing Masses. Unlike some Protestant groups or subsects within certain Protestant denominations like for example the Baptists, Catholics have never taught that the gifts of Holy Spirit have disappeared. Study Catholic saints sometime you'll discover numerous healers who attribute the authority to do so because of God.

They do have healing services. I've never been but I believe they do "laying on of hands" but no slaying in the spirit. Although there are charismatic Catholics who may do this.

We have a healing service once a month but we don't slay, the congregation sits in the seat and the Priest prays to everyone together

Yes they do. In fact, many parishes have services for healing on a regular basis. Laying on of hands is part of it. They are not hysterical spectacles however. Some Catholic communities do have charismatic groups. And the Cursillo movement within the Catholic church and parts of mainstream protestantism leans towards the charismatic.

Sort of. There aren't any televangelist faith healings, like commanding the devil to come out of Patricia so her arthritis will be healed by JA-EEZ-ESS-UH! but there is a sacrament called the anointing of the sick (formerly last rites) wherein the priest says a few prayers, makes a cross on the person with holy oil (usually on the forehead but it's not uncommon to anoint the knee if there's knee surgery, for example), and gives a blessing.

Also, the anointing of the sick can be pre-emptive, instead of faith healing, which is purely a "curative" measure. Anointing of the sick may act as a prophylactic (the one time the RCC actually oks it), like you can get it before you go into surgery or something, but you can also get it when you're sick. And you can get it as many times as you like, but beware, that oil they use to anoint you is basically olive oil with pinesol in it so you will smell like a pine tree for days.

The Catholic Church has the anointing of the sick, which is similar, in a way, to laying on of hands, but not about "slaying spirits".

Yes, it depends on the parish though. I've been to some healing services with a laying of the hands priest.

well, I heard tell of this one mass that was held outside (too poor to have a building) (Central America) and a mom brought her little boy, who could not walk, and placed him under the make-shift altar before the mass began.

The journalist who wrote the story down was somewhat disconcerted by the unorthodox method, however, at some point, he noticed the boy was no longer there. After mass, he asked the priest where the boy went, and the priest pointed down the hill where a bunch of children were running around playing. Sure enough, the boy who couldn't walk was running around with the rest of them.

This sort of thing was common place there.

Allow - no. Conduct - yes.

A catholic church is not going to allow someone in to have a healing service. The parish keeps a fairly tight control on what goes on in the church.

However, there are some parishes which do conduct healing services as part of their parish life. For that matter, there are some churches for which this is the be-all and end-all of their existence (such as Lourdes).

If you are interested in such nonsense, you will need to call around your diocese and see if any churches which do conduct healing services exist in your area.
