or why are people defending this issue with:
"some of the people lived in poverty, they can't afford to come here Legaly"
My question is why are these people making THAT a problem of the USA?

i'd think that would be a problem of the country they are coming from, not
"i'm here living in a 3rd world country, the gov has taken everything, I am starving.. but this is a problem of the USA cuz I don't know how to fill out paperwork , where is the USCIS office in my country?"

Good question! They don't want to assimilate or even go by the same laws that we have here in the US so I don't even know WHY they come here...even if it is for money...when you run the risk of tearing up your family for that it is worth nothing.

There's actually a term for that - economic refugee - and it is not grounds for seeking asylum in the US.
However, it is still a legitimate point - US immigration laws are restrictive, and complying with them is expensive. If we do want 'cheap labor' immigrants, we need to construct a policy that will allow them to come legally.
