i was cleaning my ears with a q-tip, and accidently fell back,
and the q-tip in my right ear , went all the way in, it hit something, and it caused me alot of ear pain(kind of like a loud rining sound)
the pain is gone know, but my right ear still feels kind of weird.
will this cause any damage, future damage or damage my receptors or anything?

well...go to a doctor first off. but the ears are very sensitive and somethings can be seen by a normal physician but also check it you can hear the same out of that ear as the other. Try covering one ear and facing the uncovered one towards a speaker playing soft music. See if it sounds the same, but either way just see a doctor.

The most likely damage would be that you ruptured the eardrum. But the only way is to have a qualified medical professional look at it. Call your doctor, or go find a doc-in-the-box (aka walkin clinic)

Just take some baking soda, mix it with a very small amount of vinegar to make a paste, and then put it on the carpet with an old toothbrush. Allow it to dry, then vacuum. If the stain is somewhat removed or lightened up, repeat again. Or small amount of Swarfega or WD-40. Worth testing a very small amount of these things to see what works best. Have also heard of the brown paper and iron method.

If i was you i would just go to a walk in clinic and get them to just exam your ear and make sure everything is still intact. For them to exam your ear with the scope only takes less than a minute =)
Good luck and God Bless

Don't put eardrops or anything else into your ears until you see a doctor. You're probably okay, but I know someone who had a ruptured eardrum for a week and didn't know it.
