el aficionado = there is no specific translation for it
you could say the fan, devotee;
amateur -
so, I would say the movie fan
película doblada = dubbed film/movie
agradecer = to acknowledge (a favour); to thank for, be grateful for
hacer el papel de = to play the role of

pelicula doblada- is when the movies are film in a specific language and when you see it, they are talking in another. Is not a movie with subtitles.
el aficionado- the fan, when you really like something
agradecer- to thank
