You should definetely take him to the vet ASAP. If your dog has been vomiting and had diarrhea for that long it could become severly dehydrated and die. There's no telling what could be wrong with your dog, it could have gotten into something that is causing it to be sick. Also, if it's a puppy under 1 year your dog may have parvo (vomiting, lathargic, and diarrhea are all signs of that). If your dog has parvo it will have to get to a vet immediately other wise it will die.

Oh come on... If you say he looks like he is dying and you wonder if he will die.. The answer to the question might be.... See the vet?!? Since when is throwing up for 2 days, diarrhea for 2 days a good sign?! If he is laying around and can't move.. Yeah, it's a vet thing... He very likely will die, if not from whatever is wrong with him, then maybe from becoming dehydrated...

Get your shoes on, use your head for once, and take the poor dog to the vet..

I really find it shocking, that you would be on Answers asking this kind of question, when you know that the only person, that can help your poor dog, is a veterinarian, and you obviously haven't taken him to one yet. How can you wait all this time, without getting him the proper care. Your dog sounds very ill, is in obvious discomfort, and should have been taken to your veterinarian, when it first started happening. No one here can tell you what is wrong with your dog. You need to turn off your computer, and take him to the vet now. If your vet's office is closed, take him to the Emergency Animal Clinic. Please, for your dogs sake, don't waste any more time!!!!!!!! I really hope your dog pulls through this one!!!

If you have the money take him to the vet ASAP my dogs had the same symtoms and the test results came back they have Parvo I don't have 1000 or more dollars to fork out for both my dogs to get treatment so I'm trying to nurse them back to life on my own by giving them dog diarrhea medicine, pedia lyte, and chicken broth, I am also going to order some parvo guard from parvoguard.com but hopefully it gets here soon one of my dogs is recovering pretty good the other one looks like its almost to late. I've been told most dogs Die 72 hours after showing symtoms so You should act fast and read up on it by looking it up on-line. Good luck and you'll all be in my prayers. Oh and bleach everything that is bleachable in your home and outside it's the only thing that kills most of the bacteria of Parvo.

If you think that your dog is dying and has been throwing up for the past two days why in the world would you even take the time to ask people who most of aren't vets instead of immediately taking it to the vet.I hope that the vet calls the animal rescue and takes your dog away.

You must take him to a vet straight away he is seriously ill / dehydrated,he possibly has something infectious, take him in on emergency , do not just leave him like that because he may die , do not delay.Go as soon as possible. If you don't have money take him to animal welfare .Ask a responsible adult to help you.Try and syringe some warm water /glucose/ honey/ or sugar into his mouth slowly so he doesn't choke. It might pep him up a little bit. This will help to hydrate him until you can get him to the vet. Because he has been sick and also had diarrhea his fluid levels in his body have become very low .

What's the matter is that you are on here asking us instead of getting REAL help for him, from the vet.
Is he going to die? Quite possibly if you don't get off the computer and get him to the vet!!!
Could be any number of things, parvo, poison, worms, bad food (you do know about the recalls?) At the very least severe dehydration - how would you like to go through kidney and heart failure?
Get help for him. If your kid was doing this you would have been to the Dr yesterday already...

It could be Parvo. Take him to a vet right away. Time is vital if it is as a vet is the only person who can save him. If he's going down hill that fast it has to be something pretty bad so you need to find out whatever it is.

Good luck!
