No - one vial of blood is a tiny amount. You have about 10 pints of blood, and one vial is about 0.01% of that.

I really don't think a tiny vial of blood would make a difference on how you feel. I give blood regularly and I actually feel better after donating. Some men do, something to do with high iron levels in our blood, at least that is what the people at the red cross told me

Probably not. If you have around 5 liters of blood, one vial shouldn't amount to anything. However, if you are feeling weak and tired, eat a PBJ and drink some water and you should start feeling better. (Peanut butter, jelly, and bread is a good energy combination. The jelly and bread give you a quick energy boost and elevate your blood sugar and the peanut butter gives you an extended energy boost.)

Don't think so, you have about 4 L of blood in you... Just 1 vial is almost nothing.

doubtful unless it was a "fasting" test where you couldn't eat for several hours prior. Perhaps you're just anemic. Drink a lot of water!

it may be due to lack of protein or water. drink a glass of cold water and try to have a little bit of protein. get to feeling better!

Well I did when I donated and they would give you some cookies and a juice so you can gain energy again.
