You're not eating enough food or the right food for your body to be healthy. Men need 2500 calories a day and women 2000 a day to maintain weight. The minimum you should be having is 1200 if you want to lose weight but that should be a balanced diet, not rice and ice cream. It sounds like you've probably burned off all your food intake for the day with your jog. Any other energy you need just for staying alive and moving around will have come from your fat reserves. You're tricking your body into thinking it's starving and it will go into survival mode where your metabolism slows down and you start to burn less and less energy. So by eating much less food than you need, you're actually making it harder to lose weight. Please go to a doctor and have them suggest a diet and exercise regime for you that will actually help you, not make you less healthy!

It will depend on the speed your runing at too if you set a tred mill at 5.5 in this amount of time or run 1.5 miles you will burn inbetween 100 - 150 calories. A bananna is 150-200 calories(maybe more), but not say you will not gainbenefits cause you will in cardio (heart lungs).

I think it depends on your weight and what pace you run at, I average about 80 calories for 10 minutes at about 6.0 on the treadmill.
