A literal translation in Spanish doesn´t exist.

You could say:

No toques.
No te acerques.

You should say :

MantÃ©n tus manos alejadas de mÃ =Keep your hands far from me
MantÃ©n tus manos en su sitio= Keep your hands in its proper place
