While to send them all back you'd actually have to find them all that would be pretty much impossible. Do we legals cause the most murder, rape, burglary..... no that's completely false..... actually most illegals want to keep a low profile otherwise they would get deported.
Typically there here just to make money. So this big campaign to try to get them citizenship is pretty stupid. I can assure you they would just rather have a work visa or Green card.... they're not looking for citizenship. They want to make money in go back to the country and live well. It's interesting in Europe they allow people to cross borders with workpieces but we don't seem to be so sophisticated.
If today you are to round up every illegal alien what do you think the price of lettuce would be tomorrow morning? Who's going to pick it? No "American" once those labor jobs.
Give these people work visas.... then you'll be able to track them, tax them.... and let them pass back and forth through the border. The only reason they don't go back now or more often is if they go back they can't get back here.... many would love to visit their family.
The cost of getting rid of those people picking every vegetable you eat and putting a roof on your house.... would be something that most Americans would not want to bear.
Someone said go after the employers..... oh yeah that's called an I9 form .... this is something you fill out to "prove" a worker can work.... do you realize as an employer by law I am not allowed to asked for their green card.... they only need to provide me with two forms of ID which are on the I9 form.... I don't need to send these to the government I just keep them on file. The government when they came out with this had no intentions of catching anyone just burdening the employers and now making it illegal to ask for a green card.

Not all illegals are murdering drug dealers.
They are illegal immigrants based on the fact that there are here illegally. America's resources for Medicare are being wasted on non-tax payers. To be an illegal immigrant and living in America claiming that they are being torn apart is not fair. We know this is a problem but there are steps that are taken to become a legal tax paying citizen of the United States. None of the illegals are paying taxes since they are paid illegally under the table by employers who like cheap labor and that don't want to pay any taxes. If you want to become an American then go through the process that is place. Yes, it takes time. Yes, it could be better.
I am an Italian, Irish, German American. My great grandmother came over from Germany with her husband and my grandfather to Elise Island. They were denied entry due to the mass immigration at the time. They then went all the way back to Germany by boat and took another boat to Mexico. They spent a year mining gold to earn enough money to get into the states. The night before they were to leave together in the morning my great grandfather left my great grandmother and my grandfather in Mexico and went over the border. She spent another year surviving in Mexico taking care of my grandfather and met another man whom see married. They came over the border once they were given papers to do so. What I am trying to point out is that there are challenges and poverty everywhere. As humans we must overcome these challenges to live but do so within the laws placed upon us.
Taking advantage of a person is wrong; taking advantage of an entire country is criminal. Placing blame on illegal immigrants for all rape, murder, burglary and illegal drugs is wrong and truly biased. Forget trying to take over Iraq... we should be working to make the immigration process more accessible and streamline. Taxing those immigrants that believe it is their right to live as an American. If you want to be an American get you’re SSN and start paying taxes like everybody else here and stop taking advantage of our system.

We could solve this problem in less than a year if the govt. wanted too,but too many rich fatcats are making too much money off of the cheap labor, and saving money because the competition of illegal workers helps hold down wages for everyone else. Personally I say the first step is $100,000 fine per day,per employee for any employer who knowingly hires an illegal alien. And if the employer can't pay the fine then they get 3 months in jail per employee, per day that they illegally employed them. That's a good start too me,if that had been the law the Swift company would have owed over 100 million dollars in fines after that last bust at their facilities. With that kind of disinsentive no illegal alien would be able to find a job anywhere, problem solved.

Right. Let's send all the illegal immigrants and all their descendants back where they came from. That would leave North & South America with just one small tribe of Amazonian Indians who are descended from the first wave of Amerindians to populate America.
After all, there's no private property in America, right? I don't have the right to invite Mexicans to live & work on my private property because there is no private property - it all belongs to the People's Republic, right?
And if that pregnant woman next door gives birth to a deformed baby because she didn't get enough folates because she couldn't afford the lettuce picked by certified Americans like you, well, that's her fault.
Illegal aliens are not eligible for welfare. Most of them pay taxes under a phony SSN, but they'll never be eligible to collect social security. Many of them are workers who send money back to their families in Mexico. So it is likely that on average they pay far more in taxes than they get back from the government (if you insist on measuring a man's worth by how much he contributes to the government).
I am proud to be an American and I am not afraid to compete with anyone. Let them come and may the best workers get the best jobs.

I think they should be sent back myself. It's a tricky situation too, and I'm not sure how it can be solved. Not all of them are criminals however.
A lot of illegals do work and want to work to support their families. Aren't a lot of pickers illegals? Farmers, etc. here want them to work because they are so desperate they will work for far less than our own people will and since they have no rights they cannot complain about their wages and bad living conditions because they are threatened with deportation. So, our own people are at fault for hiring them in the first place. Are they arrested if they are found to have hired illegals? Not up on this I'm afraid.
To be quite frank about it, a lot of our people would rather be on welfare than take a job that pays less than what they are getting on welfare or to even take a job that they have to work for. These people want to work to support their families.
Hey, maybe we could trade some of our deadbeats for those people that really want to work. Of course, they would have to become citizens before they could do anything.

I consider you that the would desire to alter the techniques, i.e., to flee from fact, is a hassle-loose human want. i think of it would desire to be somewhat decrease on the checklist, in spite of the indisputable fact that, simply by fact human beings want love and/or companionship earlier they want different issues. I additionally agree that the taxation difficulty, particularly whilst it includes marijuana, is significant. If anybody would desire to easily strengthen it of their lower back backyard, the government does not get its decrease like it does with tobacco and alcohol. The pharmaceutical industry has sufficient drugs to place the great usa into la-la land and then some, yet they federally regulated, are rewarding, and pay taxes. Heroin and cocaine are greater complicated simply by fact of their addictive properties and skill deadly nature. If each individual would desire to legally purchase those drugs, value effectively, there would be a large spike (no pun meant) in overdoses, so in this regard i've got faith the government, or a minimum of your widely used voter, is in touch suitable to the wellness effects and not plenty suitable to the lost taxes.

The only thing that can stop it is Mexico.
It is a way for them to get rid of the people they do not want ...
It is a disgrace and disrespectful towards those that followed the proper path to becoming a legal citizen.

not really a question i'm a democrate and agree though,
our services should only be offered to our citizens and approved travelers, not any body who wants to build a raft out of milk creates and sail here from where ever i think this should apply to anyone the ricans the mexcians the cubans and all of the others who invade our shores, and also anyone who cimmits a crime with out being a citizen or approved traveler should be treated as a hostil foreign enity rather than just a mexican who killed somone (i use this example as it was just in the news up here recently where an illegal mexican killed some poor woman)
if they want to come here and work and live a normal wholesome life good for them but do it by the means we have in place dont cheat our system to get what you want

Yeah lets because that is what we need to do.Because they don't pay income taxes and they take jobs away from the us citizens that need jobs to support their families, and they should fine all the corporations that hire illegal immigrants that are using someone elses social security number to get a job and get paid.
