It depends on which type of drug test is used. If it is a urine test, it will detect up to a month I think. If a hair follicle test is used, it can trace drug use back to a year.

Depends on which drug, cuz some, like weed (THC), can stay for more than a month in a person who isn't actively exercising. I'll say for up to two months if the person doesn't work out or eat well on a regular basis.

For people that use pot regularly, it can be seen in your blood up to 2 months back. Heroin is two days. Coke is the same. Ecstasy is about 12 hours.
