I didn't stop to figure this out for you but if this is all you ate, you haven't overdone it. There are different caloric intakes based on how active you are, height, weight, and a doctor would recommend how many calories you should be taking in. 2,000 calories is for an adult who's very active. You may not need that many if you're not. Go to MyPyramid.com for information on this. It has all the caloric intake levels, you can type in what you've eaten in a day and it'll show you the nutrients and calories you took in. At least you're getting plenty of fruit which are NOT fattening. Fish is good for you and it sounds as though you had a serving size...3 ounces. I don't know what else you had with this and what have you drank today? I wouldn't worry again like I said, sounds almost like you didn't take in enough calories. And where's the veggies and dairy?

Completely depends on specific ingrediants. You can have Tuna plain or Tuna with Mayo. Big difference.
Omellete (depends if there was cheese, ham etc.) 200 +
Tuna Sandwich (Depends...) 290 +
1 packet of Hula Hoop crisps 400+
3 pears.. 240
2 Orange.. 130
Fish 80+ (depend on type)
1340 + (HIGHLY DEPENDS on any contents in the food)
Good work. You're well under 1500
Remember 1200 is recommended for daily functioning
Please take into accont your activity level, age, height/weight, and muscle mass. You may get away with a little more than 2000 and still retain your weight if you are very active.

Not bad choices, 5 peices of fruit that is great. And you feel stuffed, let me tell you the secret of feeling full is eating properly. I assume with your fish you had a small amount of carb (1cup of rice, small potato or 1 cup past cooked) and at least 2 veggies (Salad is good too).
Not to bad, really, I would have skippd the crisps and maybe added 1 slice of whole wheat bread to breakfast, but hey a treat during the day is good.
Well done Horray,

it doesn't sound like you did bad at all! You might want to also eat salads with very little salad dressing. or chicken. you can basically eat anything, as long as you eat a small amount. you probably ate cod or flounder.
