when i start to run a media program one window pops up with an error alert saying "you are running a debugger.....win/ice and soft/ice program...". i never installed or wanted any of them and they blocks my media program...how could i uninstall it?

If you don't have it, you don't have it.
This message can be triggered by other things as well, notably Nero 6 codecs.
1) Hit Start button, then select RUN... at the bottom. You'll get the run dialog box.
2) Type in the following EXACTLY as shown below
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeVideo.ax
If you get back a dialog box that says essentially that it is successful, this worked, and try your program now. If it doesn't... Well, we'll try something else.
