Why do people come on here requesting the same things without reading other posts. If you lose 10 in a month by crash dieting, you will more than likely gain 15 back the next month from binging. Dieting isn't and never will be a race against the clock or calender. Slow weight loss and change of lifestyle thru sensible eating and exercise are the only factors that have and continue to work for realistic weightloss. Now that being said, through a regiment of cardio, light weight training and controlled calorie/fat.carb intake, you could lose 5-8 safe pounds in a month. Good luck.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

NO soda, NO juice, only water to drink will drop hundreds of calories from your day with you hardly noticing.
in the morning get your heartrate up with either a jog or fast walk or some other aerobic activity. it will raise your metabolism for the rest of the day and burn more calories than exercising at the end of the day.
eat a healthy breakfast to keep you full and give you energy throughout the day. oatmeal, granola, healthy cereal with milk, fresh fruit, eggs, etc.

you would be able to consume any of those foodstuff uncooked in case you needed, besides the indisputable fact that potato a large number of the time does not variety so nicely. Potatoes do no longer look mandatory on a uncooked foodstuff diet. I adjust to a uncooked foodstuff diet and that i attempt to consume a stability of green, leafy, chlorophyll foodstuff, fatty end result (avocado, durian, olives, and so on) and citrus end result. Nuts and seeds additionally make up a small component to my diet. I make my very own almond milk and use the leftover almond pulp to make flour and you will have the skill to make all forms of low-heat temperature-baked or dehydrated yummies. purely dry the almond pulp out in a dehydrator or in the oven on the backside heat temperature for 10 hours. final nite I made some uncooked cinnamon rolls... delish! you are able to hit upon all forms of uncooked recipes on the information superhighway to make it greater desirable. you would be able to additionally confirm out the Sunfood food habitual fulfillment equipment via way of David Wolfe.

I'm on a diet and here's some of what I've been eating.
Non fat yogurt.
Chicken. (baked, cook with water instead of oil)
Lean hamburger (with 1/2 slice cheese, no bun.)
Lots of veggies. (celery, broccli, carrots, pickles)
Apples.
WATER. WATER. WATER. (I drink 100oz a day)
Minute maid light.
Cheeses. (colby, string, cottage)
Whole wheats. (eat every other day.)
Cottage cheese.
Sugar free jello.
Eggs.
Bacon.
Basically, keep your carbs low, but still eat good carbs like yogurt and fruits and whole wheats. Don't eat after 8pm. Walk as much as you can or anything to keep your heart pumping.

There are no magic foods. Cut your consumption of everything by 1/3. Increase your physical activity. That's the only reliable way to lose weight.

vegetables (raw and cooked) and fruit 8 servings a day total between the two.
No dressing on the salad
Meat, the size of a deck of cards once a day.
8 glasses of water a day (64 ounces), use water bottles, it's easier to keep track of them if you figure out how many you need to drink, put them in the refrigerator, they keep cool and you know when you have drank enough.
