This is a good question. I try not to judge others and believe that we all have to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. I don't know the answer to that, I am sure that many people will have opinions-but the truth? Only God knows that-so I try my best to live by His Word-which is the truth, rather than by man. I try my best to live in the image of Christ and to become more Christlike in my walk. It is not for me to judge.

No, as a Catholic I don't think all evangelicals are going to hell, and if I did my beliefs would be in direct contradiction to the teaching of my own Church. The Catechism of the Catholic Church plainly states that those who through no fault of their own do not recognize the Catholic Church as the one Church founded by Jesus Christ for all mankind, but who do their best to do the will of God as they understand it through their own conscience, can be saved.

Hell or Heaven or whatever you want to call them, does it matter whether you are a Christian or what. Just about every religion believes in a god, some more than one, how about stopping all the religious bickering and have Heaven on Earth, by letting people get on with their lives without fanatics getting in the way to create Hell on Earth!!!!!!! Love and respect your neighbour.

Catholics believe that non-Catholic Christians can go to heaven.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states,
Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements.
Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church.
All these blessings come from Christ and lead to him.
With love in Christ.

Pastor Billy says: as a Catholic
1. Catholics do not run around committing the sin of presumption yelling "I'm saved, I'm saved" therefore how could Catholics presume to know who is going to hell and who isn't
2. Catholics understand that it is also beyond our understanding if God in his infinite wisdom decides through his mercy to save whoever he so wishes.
therefore although not all will be saved Catholics would say those outside the Church of Christ or those not yet in full communion are left to God's mercy.

I'm Catholic...I do not think evangelicals or protestants are going to hell. I do think people who reject Christ as our Savior are in danger of going to hell though.

No, Catholics don't say other Christians are going to hell. We know it's not our place to say that.

Put it to you this way. Hell isn't going to be empty or uninhabitted for long.
