I am in the US but I am sure you can find similar products there. I drink at least once a day a protein shake made from GNC brand Whey Protein. It contains a balance of proteins and fats to provide nutrition for your muscles.

However, eggs are also a complete source of proteins. Two eggs for breakfast can provide you plenty of protein.

Protein shakes provide energy and help increase muscle mass. Try a protein powder like Designer Whey, you can mix it with whatever you want and the aftertaste isn't as gross as some.

My favorite was to take chocolate deisgner whey and blend it with chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. Then again, I had to gain fat as well as muscle...

Good luck!

Protein shakes are good for athletes the help repair your muscles and they can make your muscles bigger(depending on how much you lift) But if your drinking protein shakes and not working out it will turn to fat!!!! So if your going to drinks shakes make sure you work out!
