what if He does not draw you - where does that leave you

If you are not drawn you are given over to your own sins, fully and completely, just as Pharoah was in the times of Moses.

Quite simply, God is not obliged to give mercy to everyone. If He did, this would not be mercy.

God *is* obliged to give everyone justice, however.

No one is worthy, but through grace we are saved. Jesus is the only way to heaven and all the world will one day realize this. The holy spirit draws sinners to repentance and once you feel the drawing power of the holy spirit of Jesus Christ, you will know it. Do not refuse him because he wants us all to join him in heaven as he loves us all. Being saved is not meant to be complex because Jesus died on the cross and rose again for each of us. No man is perfect except Jesus, so give your life to the true Lord and all emptiness will be forgotten.

The simple truth is that God knows the beginning and the end. If He knows that you will never turn your heart toward Him, He will not call you. You are lost. This is why the true meaning of the Bible is hidden from those who do not have the Holy Spirit to interpret it.

Paul refers to this as being clay pots of God. Some He chooses to keep, others He discards. It is God's plan, not ours.

The good news is that by you simply inquiring and asking the question, He is tugging at your heart or calling you. It is God's choice as to who he calls.

Your question is what Christ said exactly.
It means that we can do nothing of our own will completely.
It is with the grace of the Father that we do the right things.
Infact at other times Christ says that even to have the spirit
to praise him it comes from him.
You have always to have the right intention and above all
be ready to do God's will. If you let yourself disposable than God will give you His spirit to relate to Christ.
Do what is good in His eye and he will surely draws you to Christ. Be sure of that. Pray without any doubt and you are on the right way.
God bless you.

God Will Draw All Men To Himself , but people have free will, and a lot refuse to submit.

He wills that all man be saved. He already has you just have to accept and believe it. Mind you he still acts in those with the hardest of hearts. To accomplish this our prayers are needed

if this is from Scripture, you've misquoted it (or atleast the protestant versions)

"no man comes unto the Father unless the Spirit calls Him"
the Holy Spirit calls everyone, it's just a matter of whether you respond with a "yes" or not. some people eventually say "no" so much they become desensitized and never come to know the Lord: 'blasphemy' against the Holy Spirit.

If you are asking this question, then you have already been exposed to the teachings of Jesus Christ. The truth is, He gives every man (woman) free will to accept these teachings as truth. Have you?

the bible says that we have the free will choice – all we have to do is believe in Jesus Christ and we will be saved. God knows who will be saved, God chooses who will be saved, and we must choose Christ in order to be saved. how these three facts work together is impossible for a finite mind to comprehend

That leaves a person dead in their sins.

Romans 9:14-24
14 What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! 15 For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." 16 It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." 18 Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden. 19 One of you will say to me: "Then why does God still blame us? For who resists his will?" 20 But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? "Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, 'Why did you make me like this?'" 21 Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? 22 What if God, choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath--prepared for destruction? 23 What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, whom he prepared in advance for glory-- 24 even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?
