tuna sandwich with fat-free mayonnaise. Buy the tuna that is packed in water and not oil. Tuna is very low in fat and has high protein for energy. A lean turkey sandwich is another idea.

Dang I was gonna say a sandwich and yogurt hahaha...

What about grilled chicken? Lots of protein for energy! I'm a triathlete and a ballerina but not a serious one. I swear by a half of a wheat wrap stuffed with grilled chicken breast, salsa, baby spinich and a sprinkling of low-fat cheese of your choice. I don't usually want anythign else after that and if I do I might indulge in something sweet to kill the craving.

Also, when I was dropping weight I was eating a peanutbutter sandwich every day for lunch and an apple. The PB covers protein, the fat you need and satisfies the sweetooth. The apple was a great addition because it was crisp, juicey and helped kill the peanutbutter breath!

You dont want to eat the same thing everyday. You will get sick of this. The Weight Watchers system is great. It gives you point values for everything... so you can set a point value for lunch, and eat different things that fall in that value. My Fiance' has lost almost 30 lbs using this system.
