Botnia is building a pulp mill near Uruguay river. It has caused concern among the locals because it will increase pollution. They say it will also hurt the economy, tourism & fishing may decline. However Botnia's arguement is that it will BENEFIT the economy as it will offer employment.
Do you regard this as an ethical or moral dilemma?

This is both ethical and moral. If the citizens are concerned over the impact on the environment, they need to speak up to the government before it is too late.

If u don't have industry to support the area there is no reason to live there . Don't be so afraid of change some times it is good.
