I used it for about two years. It took a little longer than two weeks for me to notice results. The first thing I noticed was that my skin was SUPER dry after only a few days of use. I reduced the application to once day, as recommended by the customer service representative. I gradually worked my way back up to two twice a day after a few weeks. I did begin to notice that my skin was a little bit clearer after about a month. I remember thinking wow this stuff does work. But it pretty much stopped working once my skin reach a certain point of clarity. It did not get Jessica Simpon or Kelly Clarkson clear. Every once in awhile I would have a break out, and instead of several blemishes it would be a few HUGE blemishes. Using that much benzoyl peroxide constantly was just too much for my skin. I tried salicylic acid systems, and those were not AT ALL effective. However, Clean & Clear's new system has surprisingly been working for me. I use a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash, 2% salicylic acid toner, during the day I use oil of olay moisturizer, and at night I use a moisturizer with 2% salicylic acid. For spot treatment I use 10% benzoyl peroxide creams, but only on the blemish. And I exfoliate with sugar once a week. It's been working for me more than proactiv ever did.

It didn't work for me. The mask was really good at removing blackheads but otherwise it didn't help me any better than any over the counter products.

Just recently I discovered some products that have helped a ton. They're Desert Essence, all natural products, no animal testing, no alcohol, no perfumes and priced really reasonably ($6-$12). I found them at vitaminshoppe.com. I've used the cleaner, toner, mask and lotions about 3 weeks now and they've made a huge difference.

I don't know, and I'm about to find out for myself. After weeks of probing my friends for answers on this subject, I've realized, everybody is different,and I can't answer this question for you. However, I can suggest that you buy a trial pack ( which is what I will be doing). It's about $20 plus s/h. It's a trial size, and if you're willing to fork over 20 bucks to know for sure, it may be worth a shot.
I don't know how long it will take to know if it's working, but I hear that it is not as short a time as they say, so if you get the trial you may want to finish it ( unless it makes the prob worse) so you can see the final results.

I've heard that it does and also that it doesn't. Each person is different and you have no way to know if they've followed the regimen as recommended. That's why results vary. However, I do know many people who've used Arbonne Clear Advantage and have had great results with it. As with any acne treatment, it will take time - a month or more - to see true results. but there may be a chance that you will become dependent on it (IT HAPPENED TO ME)

visit a dermatologist if proactiv doesn't work for you

for me it did. i have used it everyday for the past two years and ever since then i have had clear skin and LOVE it. depending on how bad your skin is results may take some time but i saw results in about a month.

My step mom works with faces...she said that it works on some people and not on other. I personally dont think it works very well, but i haven't tried it.

Yes - stuff is awesome - I love the mask - clears my skin overnight
