They use the bible to justify all things. They separate their lives into two completely different sides. I have seen it many times.
Surely they are the worst of us. Still I am a Christian, but these people are hard to understand.

Well are you saying that if it was the Christians were the ones who caused 911 attack on the USA.... than all Christians should be condamned and Christianity Banned ?
Neh , don't blame religion based on individual actions. What you see in the good book solves questions like 1+1=2 but the truth is how often do you see people following the book ?

Well I'm not a Christian but I do feel your pain... Seeing a comunity of people who are christians and are suppose to be kind ... only being the opposite of what they preach.

Pity.

No, you haven't known christians, you have known people that considered themselves christians. There is a huge difference. A true christian understands that the word means "little christ" and he or she is to follow Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to transform their character. But there are many people who go to church or call themselves christian because they were raised in the church. Or they want some sort of social network. Maybe some are motivated by greed and they choose the churches with the wealthiest congregations in order to drum up business. Jesus said that we would know his people by their fruits. If someone claims to be a christian, and they aren' trying to' live up to the ideal, you may reasonably assume that they just don't get it.

Yes, one Christian (who was studying to become a pastor) skipped out on paying me, several thou for a car, the second Christian tried to molest me. Never happened from people who aren't Christian. Of course, Christians' sins are pre-forgiven, so it's OK.

Sounds like the same frustration I feel when I see the (purportedly atheist) hateful trolls here :( Just try to ignore them, and gives 'props' to the loving and kind Christians - I have met quite a few here who are gems!

What type of person are you? Dealing with supposed Christians. You are casting rocks at hypocrites. Forgiveness and prayer. God will judge them

Wow. Harsh words from a fellow believer. Why lump all Christians into a group like that? Just because you have had such a poor example, that does not mean that we are all like that...Or even that most of us are like that. God bless you.

well jesus, who likes to be called j-christ or christ-al (he told me so don't argue), said the greedy ones are really bad and need to be delt with but that all the worshipers need to spend more time feeding the hungry and heping the poor than on their knees like a drunk girl on prom night. Would it not be fairer to say:
Some of the worst people I have known in my life CLAIM to be Christian?
Such people are revealed as liars and hypocrites based on their conduct.

Well, you've identified a problem. Live your life the exact opposite of those unfortunate few and be the example you obviously are meant to be. Cheers!
