hand in there baby. I have been working out and cutting down on calories and so far lost 10 lbs.
Here is my regime:
I work out 5-6 days a week. I do about 50 minutes on either the elliptical machine or running/walking on the treadmill. My goal is to burn at least 400 calories.
I decreased my calorie intake big time. I eat at least 5 times per day, 3 meals, 2 snacks. Snacks are healthy stuff, bananas, apple slices with pnut butter, yogurt or a handful of nuts.
I went "vegetarian" about 3 weeks ago and I feel great and believe that has some effect on the weight loss.
For extra burning calories, I do stuff around the house, cleaning, gardening, quick walks around the blood...anything to burn calories and keep the metabolism burning.
Buy a scale...I use it everyday to track my progress and there is something about seeing the numbers go DOWN.
Get a tape measure and measure your body and watches the inches DECREASE too.
Use an iPod to keep you going with your exercises, it helps me a great deal.
Good luck and again, hang in there!

be patient - if the weight is comming off slowly (1-2 lbs a week) it means you are doing things wright and fat is not comming back.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Women naturally retain weight around their hips and their butts (something about the padding for carrying babies), just like men retain it in their guts when they get older. What kind of workouts are you doing? You need to try and focus a lot on those problem areas. I think stairs (stairmaster, going up & down stadium stairs or even up and down hills) will do a lot for you, but be careful of your lower back. If you're top-heavy at all, then all that climbing up may weaken your lower back, so you need to be sure to strengthen your lower back and do ab work, too.

Wow. I have to say that we are one of the most misunderstood signs of all time! I see Virgo's like Michael Jackson and Beyone and they seem very sweet. I don't identify with half the things people have said. It must a stereotypical thing. I think the Virgo's you probably met did not like you and you must have not earned their trust. Another thing is Virgo's rarely show who they truly are so that means not a lot of people know us. We are unconventional. I have a Pisces moon and a chart full of water so that may make a difference. But do you know any of their full charts?

You can do it! You just need to be consistent. I have my calendar on my bedroom door, and write down certain goals I have.
I keep track of my weight weekly, to ensure that I am where I want to be...
The key really is sticking to it...I promise if you keep at it, you will lose the weight!

Might be a good idea to go over your diet with a nutritionist. What you think is healthy might not be, or you might need more protein, which enables the body to burn fat and build muscle mass.
