yes, but i don't reccomend it. It's extremeley dangerous if you don't use it properly. If you really want to lose wheight eat healthy, exersize, and drink LOTS of water!! you'll lose wheight just as fast this way and you don't have to worry about complications!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Not really... You do lose weight because of the discharge, however it is not body fat that you are losing... You only lose water and whatever you had digested, nothing else... As your stomache empties, you may feel a bit slimmer, which will only last until you fill up again. You should weigh yourself in the morning after discharging, which will tell you your true weight...

No. That's not a healthy way to lose weight. The laxative will strip essential vitamins, nutrients, and minerals from your body.
If you want to lose weight, do it the healthy way....
Exercise
Eat right
Drink lots of water
Take a multivitamin daily
