find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Fastest technique to shed weight loose and convenient ( with slight agony because not anything is loose in lifestyles ), hold every day carb consumption beneath one hundred grams and drink alot of ice water. The water consumption would make you continue water weight to be able to counteract this take a powerful laxative (more potent then ex-lax) like colon cleanse. Another high-quality concept I have is simplest devour tuna with low/no-carb dressings and pass to the fitness center, if you'll be able to stand it for a month you'll be able to lose 20 lbs (simplest I have attempted this because everybody I recognise cannot stand it for extra then a couple of days)

your body is on a 2-3 month yo-yo. it usually takes 2-3 months on a diet before effects become permanent because your body is still adjusting.
keep up the healthy diet and you will start to notice results VERY soon!
Good luck!

excercise and eat nice food. get a skipping rope. i find skipping fun and you can actually tell when you are geting fitter. eg. set yourself so many skips and stop when you get tired. then the next time, try to beat that amount.
