eBay. That's where I found one for my Ford Contour. Parked at curb little too hard and the whole thing got cracked. Found one on eBay for a very reasonable price.

Else, check if there's a local used rim/hubcap shop. In San Francisco there's one called Rolling Stock. I'm sure there's something in your area.
