You lose water weight only and if you use it long enough, peices of your stomach liner come out if you don't eat. I did it stupidly in college and would never do it again. Still have side effects 10 yrs later.

No, you lose stool. Also, just in case you are thinking about doing this...

When you abuse laxatives (take them every day or take them when you don't need to) it damages the lining of your rectum (turns it black) and paralyzes the nerves that cause you to feel like you have to go. Pretty soon you won't be able to go at all.

Not really----but you lose brain cells just thinking about doing something so stupid.

All you'll lose is 1-2 pounds of water weight, so as soon as you drink something, you'll put it right back on. You can live a few days without food, but not without liquids.

NO! Laxatives are soooooo bad for you! It will damage your stomach lining! Don't do it! If you want to loose weight; do it the correct way by eating right & excercise.
