How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
You will not be blessed by taking counsel from ungodly people or having a close relationship with the unsaved.

blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornfull, but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
this is the first several verses of Ps. 1... don't know how many, I just wrote it from memory...

According to the Contemporary English Version:
"God blesses those people who refuse evil advice and won't follow sinners, or join in sneering God."
