yes, it would be better if you did this at lunchtime and after work. Also you should be wearing wrist supports. Usually your company will supply these for you if you ask.

you might want to get a brace and put that on your wrist along with the ice at lunch. if you get the right kind of brace you can hold your wrist still while you're not working it. that's what i do. because with my job i type a lot and play with the computer so my wrists are always kililng me.

You can do that or take a break from the keyboard once in a while & most importantly excercise your wrists.

Depending on the work you do, you should be stretching them as well, ask a Physical Therapist they should be able to give you a good hand book of stretches
