In my opinion, a healthy teen is all about learning about yourself while being safe. Focus on your school work, but don't hide from a social life. Developing social skills is absolutley critical. Take care of yourself first, before trying to help someone else. Before you try something out, make sure you educate yourelf enough about the consequences and that you speak to iether your parents, aunt/uncle, or older sibling or cousin. (b/c it's SO easy to fall into an addiction! You can say "that would never happen to me!" but it's something that can really happen to anyone) So in short, Take care of yourself, your grades and your social life ( in that order) And have fun at it!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain your weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

wofk hard in school do not succumb to peer pressure do no do drugs get good rest do some exercise worship your God listen to your parents, teachers and the elderly do not hve hatred inside you i think that should help enjoy bye

A nice balance between work and play. Make sure your priorities are straight and stick to them. Do not let anyone sway your decisions - they're your own to make.

little bit of excercise, playing ,mental excercises
and importantly be ambitious,develop your habits
like never giving up,learning from failures
read some motivating books.
keep your goals high.

Eat right (not too much junk/fast food);
Don't smoke;
Don't use drugs;
Get plenty of exercise.
