What do you think of these people:
The ones that are coming out of building when your are going into the building. You are attempting to open the right door on your side, and you see them and think that they will go through the right door on their side, but then they sneak through the right door on your side when you are opening it and proceed to thank you as if it was intentional??

I have to admit I did that when I was child...but today a grown women did that to me and I was a little irritated.

I am a woman too by the way.
And she was bigger then me.
So I assume that generally when someone is bigger and stronger that they should not take (advantage) of the weak...

Assume the best in that they really thought you were opening the door for them. That way, it makes you look like a really great person.

If you see someone approaching the door open it for them. Then you won't have to worry about people mistaking the gesture.

I wouldn't sweat it. She probably did think it was intentional...and at least she said thank you! That's a rarity anymore.

at least she said thank you,, when they dont i usually say " your welcome" really loud ,that pisses them off..
