find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I know a couple of call girls with absolutely perfect bodies and they will rent them to you by the hour, day or week. JUST JOKING. you have no idea as to get a perfect body, nor does anyone else for that matter and a perfect body is in the eye of the beholder as well as in the eye of the owner too..Be happy and be fit and you will be perfect no matter what others think as long as you are OK with what you have then to heck with what others say is perfect. I hear everyone saying that J-Lo is perfect--in my eyes she is FAT and has a BIG ***. I on the other hand think that Sandra Bullock is PERFECT.

You don't. The minute you reach a goal, you may want to set another, and another. Strangely, it seems to be a human problem to 'reach' perfect. When people want to reach an absolutely perfect body, the people seem to start losing weight, then, exercising, then, perfect becomes intertwined with plastic surgery operations! It is remarkable to see just how many operations (plastic surgery) some people have had. They actually become addicted to having this type surgery.
The important thing is to remember that everyone sees 'perfect' as something different.

Well perfect is a little strong, but you can work towards getting the body you want with dedicated discipline and hard work. You have to eat the right amount of calories per day and work real hard. It can be done, but you will have to define a perfect body. Good luck!

There is no such thing as a perfect body. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Some people like big girls, some people like little girls. Some people like big boobs-some people like little ones. There is no just right or perfect.

There is no such thing as "the perfect body". It is all a matter of opinion based on whom you ask. You are only setting yourself up for failure. Be happy with who you are, eat sensibly, exercise regularly and get out and enjoy life. Don't become a slave to yourself.

I run 3 to 5 times a week, between 5 and 10 miles each time. I bike to school and work every day, and on the weekends I usually go hiking in the woods. I eat whatever I want generally, but I don't eat junk food much. It just doesnt suit me.
