I have a very important party June 16th. This party will be crutial for my carrer so I want to loose the 12 extra kilos (like 24/5 lbs) that I have right now.

I think I have enough time but still i need a very effective diet, exercice routine, beauty tips etc

Please help me out

Wow, that is exactly my aim but I was hoping I would lose 12 Kilos by the end of June. It can be done though, as I have done it before within such a short period of time.
I do not know what the experts have to say about this, but this one worked for me and I wasn't feeling ill or anything.
I had put alot of weight on during pregnancy and after I had my baby.
What I did was cut the fat out of my diet or even eat a very low amount of fat maybe notnmore than 5g of fat per day. I kept a diary to keep track of what I ate during the day and also to see how much weight I am losing. This is also good to give you that bit of boost you need in sticking to your diet.
You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I wasn't drinking much water before I began my previous diet. I ate a variety of things all fat free or very low fat.I ate things like mixed boiled vegatables-potatoes, cauliflower,peas,carrots etc, pasta with home made pasta sauce..or you can buy low fat pasta sauces from your local supermarket, and if I needed to snack I would eat an apple, if I wasn't satisfied I would eat another. There are many other things u can eat its all a matter of testing and making sure you cut out the fat. I always made sure I read the nutritional information on foods like pasta sauces.
For a while I was on a calorie controlled diet which was good but I felt as though I wasn't burning enough calories than I was eating so the weight loss became a little slower.I always made sure that I wasn't starving myself.
I am not much of an exerciser but I was walking more. So I use to walk to work rather than take the bus and believe me 10 mins walk a day made a big diffference too. It was difficult at first but a bit of will power does the job. You could look at a favourite party dress and keep looking at it everytime you need to eat something like chocolate for example. Worked for me.
So now that the winters over I can stop kidding myself that I can eat junk food and not put on weight. Actually I am hoping to lose a little more than I should but nothing which would mean I am underweight. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Good luck to you too.

I have found the quickest way to weight loss is to stay consitant with whatever diet plan you choose .As well as take it day by day and even hour by hour if you have to ..

the most importaint thing is to remember if you start to think about cheating is what is more rewarding the long term goal of loosing weight and having a nice figuar or the cookie or whatever high fat or large portion that you want NOW !!!

For me it was the Jenny Craig diet it taught me portion size , calories , and I was able to eat things like cake , and chocolate ...for me this was more of a real life situation that catered to me liking sweets and other things that tend to make you fat. I personally would rather have a little of whatever I like to eat than none at all.

You can do a similar diet with lean cusien just remember to include fruit, yogurt, and always eat breakfast as it will jump start your metablolisim in the morning and this as well will help you with excellerated weightloss ...

I was on a 1000 calories a day but that isn't always suitable from person to person. In the first month I lost close to 13 lbs 5 llbs the first week and I thought wow I am going to loose all this every week not true. from that point I started losing 1.5-2.5 lbs per week ... usally just one week before my menstrual cycle I could lose 3-4lbs one time.

As well I tried to eat as many small portions as i could though out the day.. 3 meals and 3 small snacks ...

I did very light walking for exercise, and went from 155 lbs to 118 in 12 weeks ...

Consult your doc before any drastic changes in eating or exercise...

ok...

1.) Lay off the carbs.... It is a sucky way to eat, but it is very effective ( No candy, sugar, pastas, breads, soft drinks that are not diet, etc)

2.) Cardio, Cardio, Cardio... DO cardio exercise every day, and twice per day, 15-20 minutes each time, if possible

3.) Drink lots and lots and lots of water...

4.) If you can, weight train.. Studies have proven that weight training plus cardio burns many many many more times the calories than cardio or weight training alone... And losing weight is all about buring more calories than you take in...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You could probably loose about 16Ibs, maybe even 24Ibs but remember that everyone's body behaves differently to similar things so even though someone may recommend a particular diet or exercise regime, it may not work for your body. Therefore I advise you to see a doctor (or ask if they can suggest someone that u can see) that can formulate a diet and exercise plan for you. It will calculate how much you need to loose each week in order to achieve your goal and what you need to do to lose the weight each week.

dont go running or the gym, instead powerwalk and dont eat at night, when u can try only drinking lemon juice, its got all the needed essentials ull feel starved but its a craving not actually that u need to eat... olive oil is good to drink a spoon before eating... maybe 5 in before, ull feel full right away, also prep H is rael good if u want tone up a flabby figure when i got a hot date with a girl i use something stronger but same results... just need a waist wrap thingy from neopropyne or something its the stretchy rubber ones, good luck and yea just dont starve urself smaller portions more frequently and do the lemon n oilive oil the whole things pretty failsafe, vote me best if i helped

The best way to lose wieght is run. Lower your carb intake, eat more vetables, instead of eating 3 meals eat 5 or 6 small meals to keep your metabolism up. Make sure that you drink lots of water, and take a vitamin supplement. Fat burners help, but can make you shaky. Good luck!

Cut out all added sugar and don't drink alcohol. Sugar found in fruit is fine, but not the white stuff.

Lifting weights and cardiovascular exercise will also help.

1Kg a week is at the top end of what is considered a safe and healthy rate of weight loss and will require dedicated and sustained effort.

Be careful of making unrealistic goals. Unrealistic expectations are a major cause of disappointement and disillusionment with exercise and diet regimes.

Very simple.Control your portion size,avoid fried foods,drink lots of water to flush toxins from your body,exercise at least 1hr a day(brisk walking did it for me).Take multi-vits.Smaller food portions+exercise=slimmer fitter you!! Good luck with your career advancement.
