Koran ( 9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; And there was peace.

If this is correct, and the USA is the Eagle, and they believe the Koran, why would anyone hate the USA because of it. I personally do not have any knowledge of the Koran. I am a Christian, and follow God's word, not Allah's, or whomever else's. However, I am curious...

Sorry, eagle is not found in The Quran. Your verse as listed is probably from elsewheres other than The Quran.

The Quran 9: 11 ( Repentance)

But even so, if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity, they are your brethren in Faith:
thus do We explain the Signs in detail, for those who understand.

To be curious is at times to the good. The Creator is one.

The Holy Quran 3: 085
Say: " We believe in God, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and in the books given to Moses,
Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them, and to God do we bow our will in Peace." If anyone desires a religion other than Peace, never will it be accepted of him; and in the hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost.

Have a pleasant day.

Nope. it's not from the Quran. The actual 9:11 verse is different.
It says : If they mend their ways, and as law-abiding citizens, help consolidate the Divine System, and the Just Economic Order of Zakat, then they are your brothers in the System of life. We explain Our Revelations for those who wish to learn. (The usual translation of this verse conveys the meaning that if they start praying five times a day and give 2.5% poor-due per year, then they are your brothers in religion. This interpretation goes directly against the all-encompassing Ordinance of Allah that there is no compulsion or coercion in DEEN Islam 2:256).

No it isn't from the Koran it is a hoax.

"9.9": They have taken a small price for the communications of Allah, so they turn away from His way; surely evil is it that they do.

"9.10": They do not pay regard to ties of relationship nor those of covenant in the case of a believer; and these are they who go beyond the limits.

"9.11": But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, they are your brethren in faith; and We make the communications clear for a people who know.

Also: Allah is Arabic for 'The God' Just like in Greek O Theos is 'The God' If you look in an Arabic bible you will see it says Allah--of course you would have to be able to read Arabic script to know that.

THIS IS A BIG FAT GIGANTOR LIE!!! THIS IS WHAT THE VERSE REALLY SAYS:

Surah 9 verse 11: "But if the repent(by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism), perform As-Salat (Iqamat-asSalat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know."

Non believing hatemongers have invented a lie on islam and have tried to insert that into islam for a long time. Who ever told you about this "verse" is a big fat liar. Read for yourself.

The US a fearsome eagle? Thats the funniest thing I ever heard!!

The actual passage for 9:11 is:

9:11 But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then are they your brethren in religion. We detail Our revelations for a people who have knowledge.

That whole chapter is about dealing with disbelievers, encouraging that Muslims fight them and that they not form treaties with them.
