You need to go to an allergist. You have to be tested first to see exactly what you are allergic to. Then they make the serum that contains a tiny trace of the allergin. It is custom made just for you. Then you will need to go once a week to get the shot, or shots. It may take two years or more to start helping, but they really do work.

you can go to an allergist if you want to be tested for what your allergies are. also your doctor can prescribe a medication to treat them. the allergist might if you ask. for common allergies, like seasonal, dust, mold, etc, you can take things such as claritin, which is over the counter. or you can go the money saving route, and buy generic. the work just as good. hope i helped!!!
