Apparently internet predators to minors is her "cause" and she participated in a sting to be aired on America's Most Wanted. She actually posed as a teenage girl to lure the men in to the house where cops were waiting. But she refuses to testify and gives no reason. 11 perverts that she helped capture will go free because her "cause" is apprently not that important to her. Not anybody I'd want my girls to look up to. Just like a women. Commit until it get's inconvieniant then bail.

Stfka - Don't analyze me. I've been married happily for 23 years and have never had any issues with women. If it's any bitterness it's toward her for not helping to put those sickos away from children.

Red Devil - I did not raise my girls as Miss America's parents apparently did. I carry that attitude toward anyone who publicly make a commitment then back out especially when it is their platform.

You are doing more harm to your girls with your attitude towards women than Miss America is. How condescending and simple for you to lump all women together in the same group. Not only are you taking away your girl's individualness, but you are setting them up for failure if they believe ALL women do THIS, and one day they will be women. In addition, when they hear you talk poorly of WOMEN, then they too will feel poorly towards women, and since that is what they will grow up to be, they will feel poorly towards themselves or begin to resent you.

My opinion of her is very low, but NOT ALL WOMEN ARE THAT WAY...at least I know I am not!
For her to be crowned Miss America is a disgrace to this country just like our good ole President. They are representatives of our country speaking out for their fellow Americans and look at all the messages they are sending! Ridiculous. She will help catch them but let them go free so they can actually go after these young children. Makes me sick. I hope she changes her mind and does actually return to testify. Her record as it is does't look so hot.

Sounds like there is some bitterness to women in your statement. We all get hurt by members of each sex - none of us are spared. We also do our share of hurting others but we conveniently forget that as that doesn't reflect well on us. Your bitterness is like taking poison into your body because it is slowly killing you and only you. It isn't hurting the woman (en) that have hurt you - they've moved on with their lives and have forgotten all about you. Sorry, but that is how it is.
I would suggest that you don't limit yourself to just one train of thought when it comes to women as, like men, there are good ones and there are bad ones. Give yourself and others a break and lighten up - the past shouldn't control your future. Be positive and focus on what is good.

pass over u.s. is so fake, I respected her for helping capture on line predators, yet now she backs out of attesting and jeopardizes the circumstances against them. She is a witness and could testify, get the creeps of the line so our chilren would be safer. If she maintains to be self-based and refuse to testify then she needs to be stripped of her crown. And be charged with a criminal offense. She is pathetic.
