I know exactly how you feel. Is it possible for you to get a massage? That would benefit your entire body. Do you have access to a Jacuzzi Spa? If you do use it every day. Hot water really helps with the aches and Pain. if not take a hot bath every day for 30 minutes using 2c. of Epsom salts. This will also help with the aches.

I recommend you see a chiropractor as they can really help these types of problems. I've enclosed a link more you can find one in your area.

You probably need anti inflammatory medication. Ask your doctor for one or else try an over the counter medication such as Advil.

It's important to take a Multi vitamin every day. This supplies the body with the nutrients it needs. one cup of fresh carrot juice supplies a great deal of vitamins and minerals to the body. Another help is alfalfa powder. 1tsp. two times a day.

If you have any further questions please let me know,
Billie

Because of your age, no offense, you may want to think about osteoporosis. or you just might have developed arthritis in your leg and knee joints.
