I believe in God, I believe I have a soul but I cannot believe in past life as the Bible says, man is destined to die once and then face the great judgement. I experience God's hand on my life daily.

Past life: Soul re-incarnates according to its(not he or she) deeds (yes if a he does bad thing, the soul suffers)
