i would like to know the best exersise to improve my heart, i know it has lot of benfits if the heart is health my diet is average and i do go to the gym but i wont 2 know the best thing to get it in shape

Cardio....

U should always speak with your doctor before beginning any exercise routine.....

In order for it to be effective, you must reach 60-70+% of your maximum heart rate and keep it there for 30ish minutes 3-4 times per week.

If you are not able to get your heart rate this high, due to heart or other health problems, a a good brisk walk will do wonders.

My favorite cardio exercise is the elliptical machine.. It gives me the cardiovascular impact of running without the physical impact on my knees and back... less impact = healthier joints for my old age...

Remember that your heart is also a muscle. To work out a muscle you do exercise that targets that muscle specifically. To work out the heart you speed up its rate by doing healthy activities that cause your heart to beat faster. Try running 8 minute miles.

cardio exercises are best for your heart...like jogging, brisks walking, swimming...this will improve the performance of your heart

Any cardio exercise will get the heart stronger.
