As the MSRP on this camera is $399, you'll find it at every retailer for that price. It's a new camera, so only a few of the majors have it for sale right now, but in a couple months it will likely get more competitive. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find it for $349 a few months from now as the low priced on-line retailers start getting their stocks.
It's only at the biggies right now. BHphotovideo, crutchfield, circuit city

B&H Photo (available through Yahoo! Shopping or 1-800-622-4987) has it for $399.95. It looks like many places do, so maybe you can even find one in a local store for that price and save shipping charges.

If you really don't need to buy it right now hang in there. Most electronics drop in price , many within 6 mos.
