I have sharp pains on my upper right abdomen right below my breast. And whenever I breathe in it hurts twice as bad. Anyone have an idea of what this is.

there are two possibilities: a pulled muscle or a gallbladder attack. A gallbladder attack will cause sharp pains. I recommend you see your medical doctor as soon as possible.

if this is a gallbladder attack avoid all fried foods, fatty foods, junk food and caffeine.

Well, have you injured yourself?
If not, it could be pleurisy, an inflammation of the pleura, which is a membrane between the lungs and ribs--hurts like a bastard.
Go to your doctor.
