If you just buy them, they'll have to be mailed to you. There could be an additional "convenience fee" involved.
Will call means there's a special booth (or maybe it's the general sales booth) at the venue where you present the same credit card you used to buy it, they checked the computer, and hand you the ticket(s). Be sure to get there early and find out which is the case. Usually Will Call line is a lot shorter.
As the other guy said, if they offer the "print ticket at home" (whichever name they have for it), do it. Basically they send you this special picture of a ticket that you print, and take it with you to the gate. They scan it at the gate and know if this is valid or not, so you can't print two copies and expect to pass two people. :) It's pretty neat. Even movie theaters can do that nowadays (Fandango.com in particular)

Will Call = Pick Up the Day Of
Make sure you have the credit card used and an ID. They most likely will need to see both. The name on the ID will need to match the name on the tickets.

The tickets will be at the venue to be picked up the day of the event. Make sure whoever name the tickets are in has I.D.

Choose Ticket Fast, you can print them right away (make sure your email is correct. Will call is when you pick them up at the concert/show.
