It sounds Nigerian scam, don't go for it and don't loose your money. Ignore it.

Since 1999, the biggest natural gas initiative in Nigeria is the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company. It is operated jointly by several companies and the state. It is possible that there is some degree of legitimacy to the letter. However, if what you received was unsolicited, or from an unknown source, it is probably a scam.

It's a scam. That's all you need to know. Any "job" that requires you to send a couple thousand dollars in "visa processing fees" is a scam.
